You have a statutory right to cancel any order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, please see here
If you wish to return part of an order or after 14 days please wait for the return to be approved by us before you return the goods.
Please provide details of what you wish to return by going to 'my account', select the 'your orders' tab where you will find that all delivered orders have a 'return item(s)' button. If you press this button it will give you a list of items on the order. Please select the quantity of the item(s) you want to return and provide us with the information at the bottom. Press the 'Submit return request' button to submit the request. Returned requests will be recorded on the 'Return Requests' tab until halfwine has actioned the request.
If the return is approved our shipper will contact you to arrange the return at your cost. Any returns will be refunded within 30 days. If returned wines are not deemed to be in a saleable condition (most often because the label is damaged), they will be re-delivered to you and a re-delivery fee will be charged.
