Any delivery may be returned within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. A full refund will be offered provided the goods remain in good condition. Please wait for the return to be approved by us before you return the goods.
Please provide details of what you wish to return by going to 'my account', select the
'your orders' tab where you will find that all deliverd orders hava a 'return
item(s)' button. If you press this button it will give you a list of
items on the order. Please select the quantity of the item(s) you want
to return and provide us with the information at the bottom. Press the
'Submit return request' button to submit the request. Returned requests will be recorded on the 'Return Requests' tab until halfwine has actioned the request.
If the return is approved our shipper will contact you to arrange the return. Any returns will be refunded within 30 days. If returned wines are not deemed to be in a saleable condition, they will be re-delivered to you and a re-delivery fee will be charged.
